First and foremost, when a college coach is attending a show case or other exhibition game and he is watching players he has never seen before and of who he knows nothing about, he is going to be watching for size and athleticism. Just look at the professional players of today. They are bigger, faster and stronger then they have ever been in the past. A similar situation can be found on college baseball teams today.
