Wisconsin Moves Closer to Banning Texting While Driving

With driver distraction, including texting, killing an estimated 6,000 people and injuring more than 500,000 in U.S. car crashes in 2008, it has become a pertinent issue to address. Wisconsin is currently in the midst of passing a law to ban texting while driving, which would make them the 20th state to do so.
