One meal of meat a day, the meals regular quantitative, do not a diet, do not eat too much, drink 2000CC water.

Dynamic body exercise: more than one hour of daily activities, such as climbing stairs / quick walking / sweeping mopping / gymnastics.

Static body exercise: daily Transcendental Meditation for 1 hour.

Efforts three months to look at the results.
