The Complete Screech Owls
by
Molly Martin
Writer MacGregor has crafted a long running Canadian series which has garnered many awards and acclaim among young ice hockey readers. Each of the four books included in this compilation is well written, fast paced filled with action and just enough gross to intrigue middle grade readers.

Fantasy Hockey - Players Finishing Strong Last Season
by
Gary J. Wilson
One important factor to consider as you're putting the finishing touches on your draft list, is how well the players performed down the stretch last season. For this post, I'll ignore the obvious players who were strong from start to finish and focus on those who really turned it on in the last quarter, from the Olympic break on. If that momentum carries into 2010-11, these guys could be on the way up in terms of fantasy value.

The Forgotten Men
by
Gary J. Wilson
"Oh man. I forgot about him." Inevitably, you will hear this curse several times at any fantasy hockey draft. It typically comes from the guy whose draft preparation consisted of printing off last year's stats. Here are a handful of players you don't want to overlook for this season's NHL fantasy hockey draft.

Buffalo Sabres Mid-October 2008 Report
by
Charles Priore
With three Centers out of the lineup (Gaustad, Hecht, and Connelly), the Sabres remain undefeated (4-0) here on October 17th. Reminiscing the Sabres of two seasons ago, where one call up from Rochester after another seemed to gain momentum for the team, these Sabres could be the real thing.

NHL Power Rankings at the All Star Break 2009
by
Charles Priore
Another season of surprises or do the rich get richer and the poor get poorer? It takes two or three seasons for NHL teams to turn it around and this year it seems like the same old same old with a few exceptions. Now that we are at the All Star break, it's time to re-evaluate those predictions as things take shape. Here we go - hang on for more surprises.

NHL 1st Round Playoff Predictions
by
Sahil Sachdeva
The Caps better be careful here. Because two years ago in the 2009 playoffs they were almost upset in the first round by the Rangers. Down 3-1 in the series thanks to Henrik Lundqvist's unbelievable goal tending, the Caps knew they had to get serious and get back into the series. They ended up tying the series up 3-3 and in game seven in a 1-1 tie with the third period winding down, Sergei Fedorov came up clutch.

2011-2012 Wingers To Look Out For
by
Ian Mawdsley
Every year, there are always players to be found in later rounds that can make or break your team. As an avid fantasy hockey GM of several leagues, I have had my share of great finds and also my share of busts. This article is devoted to those players that I believe have the potential to have a great year and are rated lower than they should be.

NHL 2013 Quarterly Hockey Report (Part 2 of 3)
by
Mike R Keitsch
This is a team that started red hot but then cooled off just like the San Jose Sharks did early in the season. The key to the Blues success will be their scoring. Everyone knows that they can defend well whether or not they can score will determine their outcome of their games. The Blues enrolled Vladimir Tarasenko at the start of the season and some believe he is the last piece of the puzzle for this particular team to make it deep in the playoffs. This team is very well rounded but it lacks consistency so they need to step it up a notch in order to be successful for the rest of the year.
