The Steady Decline Of Jason Bay
by
Paul Ciullo
In December of 2009, outfielder Jason Bay signed a four-year, $66 million contract with the New York Mets. The deal was viewed as a bit of a reach at the time; the prevailing rationale being that Mets GM Omar Minaya overpaid for the services of his new acquisition.

Durant's Dunk Ignites the Thunder Past the Mavericks
by
Eric S Wilson
Kevin Durant's Thunder dunk ignited the Thunder in the first quarter, but it was their bench that outplayed their more experienced and well known Dallas Mavericks bench that led the Thunder to victory, and evened the best of seven series at one game apiece. The Mavericks got off the quick start and were leading the Thunder by as many nine when Durant glided past the Mavericks Peja Stokovic and soared over and dunked on 7'0 foot backup center Brandon Haywood. The Thunder bench and even a few Mavericks fans got up with amazement.

Internet Marketing Conferences Suck: Except NAMS Which Absolutely Blew My Mind
by
Jason C. Maxwell
This past weekend I was blown away by all I learned about internet marketing. As a person who is full time in the business of marketing products online I knew that I could always learn something, but most of the time you go to conferences you just get a little information and then a lot of sales pitch.

Meyers Triumphs in Kentucky, Rain Wins Out in Missouri
by
Jon D'Antonio
Jason Meyers claimed redemption for last year's near-miss at Paducah International Raceway by taking pole position by way of victory in the Crane Cams Dash and leading all 30 laps in Friday's Main event to secure his 2nd victory of the season. Unfortunately mother nature intervened the following evening, preventing the scheduled race at I-55 Raceway in Pevely, Missouri from taking place.

Sylvester Stallone, The Expendables and The Old Man Run
by
M A Williams
It happens to the best of us, even the invincible Sylvester Stallone. Like many before him, Sylvester Stallone has finally developed the 'old man run'. Bad knees, seized joints, brittle bones - the old man run is an inevitable fact of life. As evidence of this I suggest one particular scene from Stallone's latest movie, The Expendables.
